Pack your bag and take a day trip to Disneyland Resort with Annual Passholders Jason and Jen Tucker
One of our go-to spots for a good meal at Disneyland is Redd Rockett’s Pizza Port.
Redd Rockett’s Pizza Port is located in Tomorrowland next to Space Mountain. It’s a self serve sit down restaurant. It’s set up similar to a buffet in that there are stations for each type of food they have available. Please note it is not a buffet though. Everything is served a la carte.
Well then, what kind of food do they have? So glad you asked.

So what are our favorite items?
Jason said: I always order the Count Down Chicken Fusilli – Fusilli pasta tossed with seasoned grilled chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and Parmesan cream sauce with a touch of fresh basil. I truly had no idea what this menu item was called but I like it. To me it is similar to the Penne Pasta Chicken Pesto with Alfredo Sauce that can be found at the Plaza Inn.
Jen said: I go there for the Planetary Pizza Salad – Crisp lettuce with pepperoni, Roma tomatoes, mixed olives, and a Parmesan cheese blend, with vinaigrette dressing. I love it because it’s not a heavy meal and it’s really delicious. The vinaigrette is really good, the olives add tang. I don’t feel overfull when I eat the salad. It’s a perfect meal for lunch on a warm day. But I’ll eat it just about any time.
We didn’t include prices or an exact menu because that information is subject to change without notice. But if you’re looking for pizza, pasta or salad, this is the place to go.

I'll have to give the Pizza Port a whirl again some day I can see. The one time I ate there (it's been a couple of years) I was pretty non-plussed. Had the pizza and vowed never to return.
But you guys may have sold me on trying it again. I LOVED the atmosphere of the place, though. And with the pasta being so similar to my favorite Plaza Inn meal, I'd probably be happy going back.
